Big wedding day...
So, I'm sure we all know about the big wedding that happened today...but honestly, I couldn't care less.
A more important wedding happened on this day, 35 years ago, and that's what I'm thinking about. That's when my parents (my VERY young parents) got married.
All I can say is that I appreciate how much work has to be put into a relationship to make it last that long, and yet still seem happy and new.
Congratulations, you freaky people.
And no, I am NOT getting you a cruise for your anniversary. PLEASE.

Wow. I just think it's so sweet that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes chose your parents' anniversary for their wedding day. I mean, if that's not a testament to making it work for better or for worse, then I don't know what is.
