The Matador...
Might be some spoilers here- beware.
As much as I like just about every actor in this- Pierce Brosnan, Greg Kinnear, Hope Davis, etc. - I thought the movie was on a whole boring, the characters either hopelessly naive or fairly unlikeable (Hope Davis asking to see the assassin's gun? With eyes open wide and expecting like it could be the most erotic experience of her life? Please.)
And to end it up with everyone completely innocent and good, all friendship and light? Wow. They should have just made a movie out of Pest Control by Bill Fitzhugh- you could have used the same cast, but it would have been much more entertaining- and I highly recommend the book. A great summer read.

Oh, I have to disagree on The Matador, I laughed my ass off, I was glad I rented it. In fact, I thought it was the best role Pierce Brosnan had ever played, I completely believed him (and I was afraid I would be tainted by James Bond).
