So, due to a variety of factors, including my co-workers' love of pirates and monkeys, and the fact that alala somehow came up with a pirate monkey pic for me, I designed a "Pirate Code Monkey" logo, and created some stuff at CafePress...

Okay, the meme-rules, not to mention my own fairly healthy sense of self-preservation, say I should not tell you what word I googled. But I will mention that the word had nothing to do with pirates, or monkeys, and I was as surprised as you to get that pic.
