Remember that house I said I might bid on?
Its my house now!Now, I still have to have the inspection (tomorrow), but as long as that goes well...
And for those of you who don't know, the last house I bid on and got a contract on totally failed inspection. It was wired by crazed wolverines and the whole thing was caving in on itself. Remarkably, this wasn't apparent to non-professional eyes.
Or at least to starry-eyed "I'm gonna buy my first house" eyes!

That is awesome, Kelly. Your first home is one of the coolest most scarriest things you'll do. So much fun. I'll keep my fingers crossed for the inspection.
